We develop professionally in the Technical School Complex in Tarnów Podgórne

The project will be implemented in the period V.20-IV.23 in the Technical School Complex (i.e. 1st degree Technical School and Industry School in Tarnów Podgórne) in Tarnów Podgórne in the voivodeship. Wlkp.The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of students of Technikum and SB 1st degree at the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne in the voivodeship, as a result of the improvement of professional competences/qualifications in 24 students (9K;15M) through the implementation of courses, trainings and internships, improving the quality of education included in the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne as a result of retrofitting the professional staff and increasing the competences/qualifications of the WW. 3 teachers (1K;2M) through participation in trainings and courses in the period 01.05.2020-30.04.2023.Support was determined on the basis of an individual diagnosis of needs, carried out in XII.2019 by the Applicant of Tarnowo Podgórne Municipality. Currently, ZS Tech. in Tarnów Podgórne is under construction and will be launched from September 2020. As part of the project, tasks will be carried out:1. Retrofitting of the professional workshop at the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne in the period V-VIII.20.2. Increasing professional competences/qualifications among 30 students of Technikum and SB 1st degree at the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne by organising courses and trainings in the period IX.20-IV.23r.3. Improvement of competences/qualifications of 3 teachers of vocational training from Technikum/SB 1st degree at the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne through the organisation of courses and trainings in the period IX.20-XII.21r.4. Organisation of professional traineeships of 30 students of the Technikum/SB 1st degree at the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne in the period VI.21-VIII.22.The activities in the project will be carried out in cooperation by Technikum/SB I st. in the ZST in Tarnów Podgórne with entities from the socio-economic environment on the territory of the voivodeship wlkp. in particular from Poznań, which will allow for the adaptation of the qualifications and competences of pupils to the requirements of employers on the labour market.The project will be carried out in accordance with the Determination for the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the field of education for the years 2014-2020.
