The investor, beneficiary and entity implementing the project is the Municipality of Żmigród, which will also be the operator of the co-financed infrastructure. The main recipients of the project are residents of the above-mentioned commune, including, above all, ul. Jasmine, ul. Lavender (north of ul. Jasmine) and ul. Craftsmen, people using the above-mentioned roads, as well as the Municipality of Żmigród. The project foresees the application of a flat rate for selected indirect costs.
