The construction of the bypass will be carried out in a new footprint. It starts in km 5+ 900.00 (before the intersection with ul. Battalions of Chłopskie) and proceeds further in the north-west direction to the junction with ul. Jan Kiliński in km 8+ 710,00. The planned section runs through a flat area with numerous corrugations, watercourses, drainage ditches and yards. The bypass route runs through agricultural fields and crosses existing local and municipal roads, provides for intersections with existing roads: street of the Chłopskie Battalions (DW384)km 6+ 123.78 railway line No. 341 between Dzierżoniów-Bielawa km 6+ 169.60 Brick Street km 7+ 182.34 street Parkowa km 8+ 220.00. In addition, in km 7+ 724.58, the designed road crosses the Brzęczek stream. At the intersection with the stream, a bridge object M-2 (km 7+ 724.58) is designed. Due to the fact that the project is the second stage of the construction of the Dzierżoniów bypass, it has the decision of the ZDRiD No 49/12 of 31.12.2012.The Contractor implements the project in the design and construction mode, due to the need to make possible changes to the adopted solutions and to update the documentation.
