Title of the project: “Modern emergency services — purchase of vehicles for Voluntary Fire Brigades — Stage V”. The project involves equipping units of the Volunteer Fire Brigade with medium (15 pcs.) and light rescue and firefighting vehicles (7 pcs.). The main objective of the project is to increase the security of the region by strengthening the chemical and ecological rescue system and emergency services.The aim of the project is to equip TSO units in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship with vehicles necessary to carry out rescue operations. The project will contribute to ensuring effective rescue operations, removal of the effects of natural hazards, prevention of major accidents. The general objective is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the region by increasing security and the ability to help residents and remove the consequences of threats. The project is implemented in partnership. The leader of the project is the Voivodeship Branch of the Association of TSOs of the Republic of Poland, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The project partners, i.e. entities that are substantively and financially participating in the project will be 22 TSO units from all land districts of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.The project will be implemented in the period from June 2022 to December 2023.Actions in the project- preparation of a feasibility study;- preparation of tender documentation;- conducting a tender procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Law Act, in order to select vehicle suppliers- enquiry in the Competitiveness Database for the contractor of information and promotional activities;- the acquisition of vehicles;- carrying out information and promotional activities;- managing and accounting the project.
