EXTENSION AND MODERNISATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTRE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKA ZHP IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUCHOLA.

The Kujawsko-Pomorska ZHP Chorągwi Centre in Biała is a centre of environmental education with training and leisure functions. It is located in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Tucholskie County, Tuchola Municipality, Biała, 20, 89-504 Legbąd Street. The resort is located on plots 497/1, 496, 613, area of KLOCEK. The project is a response to the SOCIAL NEED, which is to provide, for example, an average standard of educational facilities in order to meet the expectations of parents sending children to the so-called. “green schools” and ecological camps, where the ecological education program is implemented.The key PROJECT PROBLEM, which is the inappropriate adaptation of the ecological education infrastructure of the Scout Training and Leisure Centre in Biała, as an ecological education institution, to implement high-quality educational activities in the forms of residence, including misappropriation and poor standard of educational, accommodation, nutrition and sanitary infrastructure along with land development. The task of the project is to carry out a comprehensive modernisation and implementation of the Direct Objective, which is: Raising, by 31.12.2020, the quality and standard of implementation of the ecological education programme within the available 100 places, in the ecological education institution of the Scout Training and Leisure Centre in Biała in the municipality of Tuchola. The effect is to be achieved through construction, modernisation and retrofitting of the centre. Output and result indicators achieved will include: 1 green education centre supported; the area of built/developed/modernised/upgraded infrastructure for environmental education activities-2 106 m²; Number of people using built/reconstructed/upgraded infrastructure of centres operating in the field of environmental education — 1000 people. The project fully implements the objectives of Measure 4.5 (type 5 of the project).
