The main direct objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility sector and improve the air quality in the Świnoujście commune through a deep thermo-modernisation of the public utility building — the building of the Świnoujście City Hall. Specific objectives of the project: ensuring adequate thermal comfort, reducing negative anthropogenic pressures on the environment, supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in the public sector and playing an exemplary role in the implementation of low-carbon strategies; decarbonising the global emissions of public facilities in the municipality; improving air quality in the municipality by reducing emissions of CO2 and particulate matter PM10; reducing the energy intensity of public utilities by reducing primary and final energy consumption in the utilities sector; reduction of operating costs related to heating buildings by performing appropriate thermal insulation.
