The scope of the project includes the construction and reconstruction of medium (SN) and low voltage (nn) power lines located in the area of operation of the Płock Branch and Olsztyn ENERGA-OPERATOR SA. The project includes 5 investment tasks planned for implementation in 2021 and 2022 in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, in the area of communes: Płośnica, Rybno and Dąbrówno and the towns of Działdowo and Kętrzyn. The detailed scope, i.e. the determination of the place of implementation of the Project, the material scope of individual tasks (technical elements, type of infrastructure, quantities) description of the chosen solution and technical implementation conditions, together with an indication of whether the infrastructure elements are new, modernised, adapted or not subject to modernisation, is included in Chapter 2.2 of the feasibility study and Annex 1 to the feasibility study. The material scope of the Project and selected technological solutions include: construction of new cable links of existing SN and nN lines, construction of cable lines of SN with GPZ, replacement of old overhead power lines on the section of the existing 15 kV medium voltage line with new cable technology and construction of other network elements such as the construction of 2 indoor SN/nN transformer stations with telecontrol, installation and construction of overhead SN switches, construction of SN connectors, construction and replacement of columns. The proposed investment tasks will increase the possibility of connecting new electricity generation units from renewable energy sources and micro-installations to the network in a way that ensures the security of the operation of the DSOs’ electricity networks. The length of the newly built and rebuilt network is 22.226 km, including: • the length of the new sections of the network is 19.353 km, • the length of the upgraded sections is 2.873 km.
