This project will involve the implementation of activities related to the preparation of the project, construction works consisting of the installation of three photovoltaic micro-installations on the premises of the Hospital, project management and project promotion. The main investment task will consist of the construction of three technically and technologically independent photovoltaic micro-installations, which will be located on the roofs of the three buildings of the Hospital, with the following exact locations: 1) Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building in which the Radiotherapy Clinical Unit (hereinafter referred to as the “Radiotherapy Building”) with a capacity of 49.64 kWp is located. Szczecin; 2) Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of a building with a capacity of 27.88 kWp. Address of the investment: U.S.A. Szczecin; 3) Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building, which houses the Center for Social and Medical Rehabilitation of the Disabled Persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Rehabilitation Building”) with a power of 9.22 kWp. The scope of the planned works does not require obtaining a building permit or notification of construction. As part of the preparatory work, the project included the preparation of technical documentation for the planned construction work. In turn, the project management took into account the cost of providing investor supervision over the investment. The promotion of the project will concern the purchase of 1 piece of information board and 1 piece of commemorative board. This project will therefore be a stationary investment.
