The main objective of the project is to strengthen coordination activities in the area of social economy in the Lublin Voivodeship conducted by ROPS in Lublin. The project is a continuation of the activities started under the previous project implemented in the period 2017-2020, but also includes new elements. They respond to the changing reality, the situation on the labour market and the target group supported by the social economy sector. The ROPS coordination task can be divided into three elements, which form part of the public policy cycle: ES development policy planning (determination of key ES development directions), implementation of ES development policy, monitoring and evaluation of policy outcomes. In addition, ROPS performs tasks related to animation and impact on the environment of ES, in particular on JTS and support of existing PES. Each of these elements requires the involvement of RKRES, which represents the ES environment in the region and performs opinion-and-advisory functions. An important element of the core coordination tasks is advocacy and representation by ROPS on behalf of the ES and specific groups of actors before different institutions at regional and national level. An element of advocacy activities is to provide a space for dialogue and to animate discussions in the region on the development of the ES and the development of common regional positions on the development of ES. IT’S ES. The project assumes the implementation of actions responding to coordination needs in the area of ES, identified in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. In order to ensure efficient coordination, it is necessary to: strengthen the cooperation networks of PES, PS, OWES; initiate JST cooperation with PES; build responsible local communities that apply social clauses and take action in the development of social services and promote the idea of ES.
