The aim of the project is to increase the seats in the senior club by 30 places/persons with disabilities (K21/9M) and to introduce a new form of support for 5 persons(4K and 1M) from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in the sense.KC, including the reduction of existing inequalities in access to social services, including assistance services, environmental services, as well as an increase in the standard of services provided in the period 01.03.2022-31.10.2023 (dop.6). A total of 35 people (25K and 10M) will be supported.The objective will be realised by improving functioning in various aspects of activity, limiting or even eliminating the undesirable effects of changes related to the participant’s age and disability as a result of the implementation of the tasks: 1.Renovation and adaptation works in the PZN building, 2. Senior club equipment in PZN, 3. The functioning of the senior club in PZN. 4. The project foresees an increase in the number of places for providing assistance services in the local community and the number of people covered by care services in the local community compared to 2020. The main objective will directly contribute to the achievement of the real specific objective of the ROP 2014-2020 (heading dop.1).
