The project is aimed at residents of the district of Zhansk (6 municipalities), i.e. Barcin; Gąsawa; Janowiec Wielkopolski; Rogowo; Labiszyn and the Municipality of Żnin. They only receive support. The main objective of the project is to improve the social and professional competences of 65 participants. (Up), including 40 women and 25 men, at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in Zhansk. The goal will be achieved within 18 months of the implementation of the project (from 1.01.2022 to 30.06.2023). The project offers support for active integration in two areas: social activation and professional activation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion living in Poland, using, among others, the local potential of the social economy entity, which is the applicant (association) and local self-government (management, and on its behalf the manager of the District Family Assistance Centre with its registered office in Żnina). As part of social activation, each UP will receive social support, i.e. for each of the 65 UPs, a path of social reintegration with the participation of a psychologist will be developed and an IPD will be developed by a profession advisor. Local animation support, support groups, psychological counseling and social activation workshops are offered. As part of the vocational activation of the UP based on the identified needs, we will propose vocational training, traineeships and job placements.The forms of individual and group support have been established, adequate to the needs of UP.The project will be in line with the accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2014-2020, i.e. training, education, information and promotion, transport, digital and architectural standards, to the extent that the project is concerned, and solutions in accordance with the standards will be determined at the project implementation stage.
