The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of care services for 35 persons. (20K,15M) in the Municipality within the period 01.07.2021-30.06.2023, through the creation of 25 new places for the provision of daily care services in the new Senior Club, 1 place of providing care services in the place of residence as part of the employment of 1 guardian/ki. The project is a comprehensive implementation of the concept of N.C. The KIJEWSKI CENTER OF ENVIRONMENT INTEGRATION, which will include the Senior Club, the rental of care and rehabilitation equipment and the provision of care services, available thanks to the support implemented as part of the project. The project has planned tasks: — Creation of 25 places to provide daily care services in the form of a Senior Club in Royal Kyiv, — The current operation of 25 places for the provision of daily care services in the form of a Senior Club in the Royal Kyiv, — Development of part-time care services through the creation of 1 place of care services in the place of residence, — Establishment and operation of a rental of rehabilitation and support equipment. The target group is: 35 people in need of support in their daily functioning (20K, 15M), at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Main indicators of the project: — Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme — 35 (20K), — Number of social service providers supported by the programme at the end of the project — 26.
