The subject of the project is an e-service called “access to current information on the quality of Internet access services (IAS). Internet Access Service. The proposed e-service will allow automatic verification and presentation to consumers or economic entities using the IAS service of the measured parameters of the tested services in relation to the values declared by the Telecommunications Entrepreneurs (PT).The main recipients of the e-service will be: — end-users/consumers (type A2C);- telecommunications entrepreneurs (typeA2B);and the President and employees of UKE.The main project tasks planned to be carried out within 24 months are:-Development of a detailed technical specification of the SMJI system,-Developed SMJI system from the programming, hardware and documentation side,-Making the ifase of acceptance tests of the SMJI system in the simulation model and optimisation of the SMJI system after tests, conducting the second phase of acceptance tests of the SMJI system in the operating model (installation of equipment in one inter-operator traffic exchange point and 8 selected telecommunications companies) and optimisation of the SMJI system after tests,-Performance of the III phase of acceptance tests of the SMJI system in real conditions (installation of all hardware components in two EXPs and 20 telecommunications companies throughout Poland) and optimisation of the SMJI system after tests, — Final receipt of e-services and signing of a warranty contract.The target SMJI system will include a number of products, including: A/dedicated software to ensure the proper functioning of the system (including back-end and front-end layers)B/hardware components, among others. Main System Server (GSS), Main Test Servers (GST), Test Servers (ST), Measurement Stations (SP), Samplers (PP).C/complete documentation including SMJI maintenance instructions.
