The aim of the project is to improve the availability, functionality and e-maturity of existing public services (allowing entrepreneurs to use the e-service instead of the previous paper circulation), creating a public register and improving interoperability. The aim of the project is to build a new system of authorisations to trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance (arming and dual-use items), hereinafter referred to as “sensitive goods”, under which a new public register of authorisations for trade in sensitive goods will be created and a new e-service of type A2B — Licensing and recording of trade in sensitive goods will be handled. Level of service: 3 — two-way communication. As part of the new A2B service, the entrepreneur will be able to remotely via the Internet:1. submit various types of applications and receive decisions to issue a permit to trade sensitive goods (understood as completing all half of the application and attaching the required documents and receiving the decision and authorisation),2. report the intention to use the general marketing authorisation,3. to balance the turnover under individual and general permits,4. generate an annual turnover record. The project assumes, that the whole of the new e-service will be carried out in electronic form, in particular the delivery of all documents and service in electronic form, the lack of activities that a citizen or entrepreneur would have to perform in paper form (except for documents that are not accepted in electronic form — e.g. containing an unaccepted foreign electronic signature in Poland).
