Construction and implementation of the Local Information System (LSI)

The aim of the project is to develop and implement a solution for comprehensive handling of European funds and projects financed from the state budget. The objective of the project is part of the specific objective of Measure 2.2 of OPPC “Digitalisation of back-office processes in government administration”, as it responds to the real needs of public administration (CPPC and KPRM) and recipients of its services. The LSI system will contribute to the digitalisation of processes and procedures related to the functioning of the back-office area, which significantly affect the ability of the entity to carry out the tasks entrusted to it, efficiency, improvement of service quality, transparency, improvement of communication with the target group, etc. The LSI system is an essential tool that will allow to increase the efficiency of the entity’s tasks by streamlining, optimising and automating all processes related to the organisation of recruitments, evaluation of grant applications, cooperation with external experts and contracting of projects. System users — applicants, grantees, beneficiaries, external experts and employees of the CPPC and NPRM will have access to a system that enables electronic application for support, supplementation, updating, evaluation of grant applications, signing contracts, etc. The time of implementation of individual processes related to applying for support will be reduced, communication will be improved at the level of: applicant — Administration. The project has 3 stages in which further functionalities of the system will be developed. After each stage, training will be carried out for the staff of the institution, and individual modules will be able to be used by the target recipients of the solution.
