As part of the project, the applicant will implement state-of-the-art B2E ICT solutions for supporting the percentage of internal processes affecting the speed and quality of patient/customer service, the use of the latest technological and organizational developments for the introduction of modernisation processes, supporting ongoing patient/customer service, and thus influencing the simplification of intra-company processes. The B2E system selected on the basis of market analysis, available offers and audit will include the following modules: purchase of software, implementation of IT systems integrating the entire patient management system. As part of the project, it is also planned to purchase durable, necessary for the implementation of new IT solutions: Number of ICT users: 1pc, Private investment complementary to public support to enterprises (grants): PLN 109 834.35; Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company 1 pc. Other unreported mandatory indicators shall be equal to zero.
