The project implemented in the partnership aims to improve the quality and availability of rehabilitation services, including those aimed at minimising the consequences of COVID-19 disease. The planned rehabilitation services system will be constructed in the form of a chain of coordinated patient care. Its beginning will be the Diagnostic Centre in Kup, the next link will be the Opole Rehabilitation Center, its end will be 20 physiotherapeutic improvement offices. The overarching goal of this system will be the selection of such forms of rehabilitation program that will generate the best health effects, while being as costly as possible. The main tasks to be carried out under the project are: Expansion of the Opole Rehabilitation Centre in Korfantów as the leading unit in the field of Consolidated Rehabilitation Services; purchase of equipment for the Diagnostic Centre in Stobrawski Medical Center and retrofitting of 20 Project Partners providing medical rehabilitation services in the Opole Voivodeship with equipment, especially in the aspect of post-Covidowa rehabilitation. As part of the project, one facility will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities (extended hospital pavilion in OCR), 22 medical entities will be supported, including in the field of combating or countering the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the projected investment outlays for the purchase of medical equipment will be: PLN 2 987 563.45, support will be provided for 6 hospitals and 7 other health entities providing health services, 7 health entities providing health services in the field of POZ and 2 medical entities in the field of AOS. The extension of the hospital pavilion concerns contemporary integrated historic buildings, subject to conservation protection on the basis of the entry in the register of monuments of the Opolskie Voivodeship No 2/50 (decision of 21.11.1950).
