The aim of the project is to implement activities in the development and implementation of a human resources management strategy aimed at the most efficient use of the human potential involved in the implementation of the Partnership Agreement in the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The project provides for financing of employer branding activities aimed at increasing employee engagement and building the MFiPR brand as an attractive employer. It is also planned to continue activities aimed at creating a coherent, modern and uniform human resource management system based on the latest technological and organizational solutions, in particular the purchase and implementation of state-of-the-art IT solutions as tools for human resources management, promoting the departure from paper documentation and digitising human resources processes.
