Equalisation of educational opportunities for students of the Tadeusz Kościuszko Primary School in Chodcz.

The aim of the project is to improve educational achievements in 163u (112K, 51M) from the area of Chodecz Commune in the period 07.2021-06.2022 by:- development of key competences of 166u (including support for 10 at risk of leaving the school system);- development of individual approach to 13u with special needs. education;- raising awareness in the field of counseling edu-zaw in 20u and 1n,- creation of conditions for teaching by experiment through the creation of 2 laboratories (physico-chemical and biological-natural), — improving the competences and professional qualifications of 22 teachers.The project is in accordance with the project types provided for in the rules of the competition. It is addressed to natural persons living within the meaning of the CC or working or learning in the kuj-pom province, and entities with one organisation in the area of kuj.-pom.The project is addressed to pupils and teachers of the school providing general education.The main products and results of the project:- 2100h of additional classes for students (including: 900h development of the key and support for early school leaving, 600h individual process. work with a student, 120 hours of career counseling, 480h teaching based on methods of experimentation in the field of math-nature.- equipping 2 SP studios in Chodcz with equipment necessary for experimental teaching, — 10 forms of support improving the competences and/or qualifications of teachers.The target group of the project is 163u (112K, 51M) and 22 teachers (17K,5M) from the SP in Chodcz.The main tasks that will be carried out are:- Measures to shape and develop competences of key pupils;- Support for pupils at risk of early leaving the education system;- Implementation of the process of individualising work with the student with special development and educational needs, — Implementation of career counseling for pupils and teachers,- Creating conditions for teaching based on the method of experimentation;- Increasing the competences and/or qualifications of teachers.
