Support will be provided to 20 people from the target group (12 women and 8 men). The project will be addressed to: people at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the municipality of Lubanie will be adults and not working at the date of joining the project. Participants will be able to take counsel from a psychologist. In addition, they will participate in social activation workshops. These will be personal development workshops and social skills training. These activities are intended to restore or strengthen the social competences of the participants, improve their resourcefulness, independence and social activity. Meetings and workshops will take place in rural centres in Ustroń and Janowice, GOKU and at the sports square in Luban. The project is also aimed at increasing the professional activity of the unemployed, increasing the motivation to act, building trust in one’s own strength, developing communication competences and improving acquired professional and social skills. Participants will undergo a professional course where they will improve their qualifications and a group of participants will be able to take the Cat. IT’S A CE. As part of professional activation, both individual and group meetings with a professional advisor will be held. The meetings will help participants prepare application documents and simulate interviews. As part of the project, participants will receive assistance in active job search by participating in job search skills training and will have access to electronic databases for job search and self-employment skills.
