The subject of the project is to cover the costs of day-to-day childcare services by covering the costs of the child’s stay in the nursery, borne by carers of children up to 3 years (up to 31.05.2023) by co-financing the cost of institutional care for 12 months in relation to a specific child and guardian. The problem is the amount of the institutional care fee for children up to 3 years in Opole, which translates into a direct limitation of the assets on the labour market due to the care of a child up to 3 years old too much fee for attending a child to the nursery. Many parents still receive a low salary that is not enough to pay for care for children up to 3 years old. The amount needed to pay for the place of childcare in the facility is to provide a complex. support, which will constitute the possibility of employment/continuation of employment of the persons who care for them. This is the objective of the project’s heads: covering the costs of day-to-day childcare services by covering the costs of the child’s stay in the nursery, borne by carers of children up to 3 years (up to 31.05.2023), support for 26 persons (26 women) caring for children up to 3 years old, (increased availability of childcare facilities up to 3 years). The implementation of the project would allow to support26 people working, caring for children up to 3 years, 26 children under 3 years and 1 non-public childcare institution up to 3 years. Low-income earners (so-called poor workers) will be rewarded. Covering the costs of the child’s stay in the nursery will allow the employment/continuation of the employment of the person who cares for them. The direct result of the project will be 20 people (20 K), which will return to the labour market after a break with the birth/education of a child up to 4 weeks. The project will be implemented from 01.03.2021-31.05.2023r.
