The main objective of the project is to strengthen the competences of Applicants and Beneficiaries in the preparation and high quality of projects under the Operational Programme Digital Poland. This objective will be achieved by providing expert advisory and training support to the institutions concerned in preparing project documentation, applying for financial resources and implementing IT projects under the OPPC. In particular, advisory support will cover, among others, preparing a description of the IT project’s assumptions, providing consultations on the interpretation of the POPC’s competition criteria, preparing and verifying feasibility studies of IT projects, preparing the Terms of Reference, OPZ and tender documentation, supporting teams in the implementation of projects and participating in quality tests. Cost-free training support will cover, among others, designing user-oriented services, testing software, accounting for projects implemented under the POPC. The aim of the project is also project audits, which will concern project 4.3 OPPC from the years 2020-21 and current. The aim of the project is also to finance the preparatory project for FERC 2021-2027: “Synthetic data bank for AI calculations and Trusted Third Party for data anonymisation”.
