The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of local government units (JSTs) and entities subordinate to them in the implementation of e-services, cybersecurity, work and remote learning. As part of the project, the applicant intends to conduct grant competitions, under which the JU will be able to receive support, inter alia, for: digitisation of offices and other entities subordinate to them (e.g. schools) in the form of acquisition of the necessary software and IT equipment; the uptake of cloud computing by JSTs; diagnosis and improvement of cybersecurity of local government IT systems. The project also provides support for children from families affected by the liquidation of the State Agricultural Farms (PGR), which can be provided by the JST in the form of the purchase of computer equipment and internet access services for remote learning. The above actions will allow JUs to improve remote service to citizens and economic operators, streamline organisational processes, analyse and plan tailored actions to mitigate cyber threats, reduce digital exclusion of learners in the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the user’s service time, as well as increase the availability and universality of services by enabling remote service to citizens. A number of these actions will contribute to alleviating the negative social and economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020/21. Project acronym — CG
