The project will be located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Szedłów County, Orońsko commune, Guzów town, plot No. 1046/2. The project consists of the construction of a biogas plant with a cogeneration unit and a dryer on a plot leased by the Applicant. The biogas plant will operate on the basis of substrates, which will be pig slurry, chicken manure, apple marc, beet pulp. The biogas produced will be powered by a cogeneration unit producing electricity and heat. The technological system and methodology of the anaerobic fermentation process are designed for biogas plants with an electrical power of approx. 0.499 MW and with a thermal capacity of 0.579 MW. The biogas plant uses ok for its maintenance. 10 % of the electricity generated. Part of the electricity will be used by the dryer (approx. 2 %) and the remaining surplus will be sold to the Energy Plant. 15-20 % of the heat generated is used to maintain a constant temperature in the fermentation chamber The excess heat will be used for technological processes outside the biogas plant — in the dryer. The drying room will be used to dry the digestate from which dry granules will be produced for sale and commercial drying of cereal grains and products remaining after agricultural production (apple pomace, beet pulp). The liquid part of the digestate will be stored in a reinforced concrete tank or lagoon, and then distributed to the surrounding farmers. The eligible costs of the installation are: biogas plant with tanks and fermentation chambers (construction works, purchase and assembly of machinery and equipment, control equipment); dryer (device and construction works), purchase and assembly of a cogeneration unit; design documentation; geotechnical studies and expertise; construction works — earthworks, architectural and construction industry, sanitary, electrical; construction supervision; technological supervision. Eligibility of costs results from the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 23 November 2
