The project involves the implementation of an innovative technology for the production of blocks from polystyrene EPS. As part of the project, there will be a purchase of land in Łuków in Lubelskie Voivodeship. A production plant will then be built. The next step will be to equip the plant with the necessary infrastructure to start production. The purchased new technology and its implementation will enable the launch of a significantly improved technological process on the basis of it and will provide the conditions for conducting this process. The technology introduces new beneficial innovative solutions that were not previously available in alternative solutions. The main objective of the project is to implement the production of insulation boards (styrofoams) in the newly built production plant in Łuków, Lubelskie Voivodeship. The implementation of the production will be possible thanks to the use of innovative technology of production of styrofoam with reduced distribution of parameters, purchased by the Applicant. As a result of the project, a new production plant will be created. The project is in line with the objectives of sub-measure 3.2.2 OPIR Credit for technological innovation. The project will strengthen the competitiveness and innovation of the SME sector by implementing the results of R & D in the form of technological innovations. The result of the project will be obtaining the technical, legal and organizational capacity to obtain result indicators, i.e. the implementation of an innovative technology resulting in the production of significantly improved products under the applied input conditions to the process.
