Purchase of equipment and software for schools, enabling the introduction of modern forms of teaching using ICT and ensuring the possibility of carrying out educational activities in the remote formula in the Izabelin Commune.

The applicant is the Municipality of Izabelin (rural) located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, the western district of Warsaw. The project will be carried out in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in the Primary School of Colonel Stanisław Królicki in Izabelin (ul. 3 May 49, Izabelin and ul. Polish Army 5 Hornówek). The project is planned for the period 09.2021-03.2022. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of preparation of the School in Izabelin for the requirements of modern education, by providing the school — including 849 pupils and 92 teachers, with access to modern hardware and software enabling the introduction and implementation of modern forms of teaching using ICT, as well as providing the school with 849 pupils and 92 teachers, access to modern equipment and software enabling the implementation of educational activities in a remote and/or hybrid form due to the threat of prolongation and/or repetition of the COVID-19 outbreak. The project assumes the implementation of 1 task in the period 09.2021-03.2022: Purchase of hardware and software for primary school in Izabelin. As part of the project, ICT equipment and software will be purchased. The purchase of modern equipment and software will contribute to increasing the use of modern ICT tools in the school, thanks to which the development of e-services (remote education) will be used by residents of Mazovia, i.e. residents of the Izabelin Commune and neighbouring ones (including teachers and children). These actions will contribute to achieving the objectives of Priority Axis II, as well as Action 2.1, which is the increased use of public e-services. The planned objectives of the project also fall directly within the objectives of sub-measure 2.1.2. As part of the project, information and promotion activities will be carried out, in accordance with Annex 5 to the Competition Rules. Promotion activities will be aimed at disseminating the project and informing the public about the co-financing of the project from EU funds.
