The aim of the project is to provide funds for the financing of human resources of the Office of Electronic Communications — an institution indicated in the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020 and a detailed description of the priority axes of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020 to act as specialised institutions in the field of digitalisation. The provision of adequate resources is necessary for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the Tripartite Agreement on the implementation by the Office of Electronic Communications of certain tasks related to the implementation of priority axis I Universal access to the high-speed Internet of the Digital Poland Operational Programme for 2014-2020, concluded on 3 June 2015 between the Minister of Infrastructure and Development, the Digital Poland Project Centre and the Office of Electronic Communications. The project will finance the salaries of people employed at UKE, including: a) remuneration of persons employed under a contract of employment together with prizes (b) task allowances; additional annual remuneration (DWR) on salaries and task allowances paid in 2021; D) Employee Capital Plans, for a total amount of PLN 6 182,000.
