This project aims to qualify our young people by offering them the possibility to pursue studies through post-secondary specialisation courses in an articulation between secondary and higher education levels, without having to leave their region (the socio-economic situation of many young people does not allow them to attend higher education), promoting more opportunities and valuing resources according to a global intervention strategy.
