The Operation consists of the execution of a set of integrated works aimed at reducing risk, and preserving, requalifying and disseminating the estuarine area of the Coura River, developed primarily on the basis of the “Hydrological and Fluvial Study of the Anchor, Coura and Neiva rivers” prepared by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto for Polis Litoral Norte, and supplemented with the latest indications from the Institute of Conservation.
