The subject of the proposed project is the reconstruction of the brownfield, which is in an unsatisfactory technical condition. The building was built in 1882 and is currently not used in any way. The aim of the project is to reconstruct the building, which will serve to expand existing production and start new production. The place of realisation is St. 68/1 k.ú. Opatov u Lubů, village Luby, Karlovy Vary region.
