The project is designed to provide the personnel capacities needed for the proper and effective implementation of OP R & D, including preparation and launch of a new OP JAK and termination of former OP VK and OP R & DPI. The staffing of the OP implementation is realised through the payment of salaries, related contributions, compensation and financial motivation of employees who are in service/employment relationship, ensure the management of the OP, comprehensive project administration, evaluation and monitoring of OP RVV, including audits and inspections.
