The project is focused on the development of human resources in research at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague through the implementation of two mobilities, the arrivals of researchers in the Czech Republic, whose projects have been positively evaluated by the European Commission within the framework of the H2020 — MSCA — IF 2018 call. Through the transfer of knowledge and skills, it will contribute to the conceptual development of the research organisation in achieving excellence in the European Research Area.
