The main objective of the project is to support the professional growth of VŠE researchers and the development of VŠE by strengthening human resources in research and development. This will strengthen the international dimension of VŠE’s research activities and thus shift the VŠE towards a leading position in the field of managerial and economic research in the Czech Republic and the Central European region. As part of the project, a total of 11 mobility will take place, of which 2 arrivals of post-docks to the Czech Republic, 7 trips of juniors from the Czech Republic and 2 seniors from the Czech Republic.
