These are construction modifications designed to reduce the energy performance of the building POP Smržovka, p. no. 1831/5, will focus on replacing part of windows, insulation of the facade, insulation of the attic area, reconstruction of central heating incl. heating source, reconstruction of water heating incl. implementation of new water distribution and internal sewerage, as well as partial reconstruction of electrical installation in the building, system of controlled ventilation, air conditioning technology room, sewer connection of the building.
