The submitted project under the acronym HEDGEHOG is focused on further development of the domestic additive manufacturing and production of sporting goods, specifically sports helmets used primarily in the ski sector. Project outputs are 1 functional sample, 3D structure for the absorption of impact energy realised by 3D printing, and 1 prototype, user-adapted ski helmet with passive elements for the absorption of impact energy. The aim of the project is to increase the durability and safety of the helmet.
