The main subject of the project is the construction of a new tram loop Zahradní Město. It will be built in the vicinity of the newly built railway station Prague — Zahradní Město on the railway line Prague — Benešov — České Budějovice, which is part of the IV transit railway corridor. The new tram loop will create a prerequisite for increased use of public transport in connection with the start of operation of the Prague — Zahradní Město transfer terminal and the expected increase in demand for urban public transport.
