The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of the company, reduce administrative burden, improve information collection, which will then help speed up communication with customers and suppliers of the company. Another benefit will be the provision of on-line production reporting and production planning, thanks to which sales representatives will be able to respond immediately to clients’ requests and the purchasing department will be able to manage the purchase of raw materials more efficiently.
