This xPORT project builds on previous projects that were implemented under call No. 10 OP PPR and No.26 OP PPR. The main focus is the reconstruction of the old heating and air exchange in the 3 rd floor and the connection with modern and economical infrastructure in the 4th floor. In addition, the acoustics will be modified, the lighting upgraded, the layout changed and the incubator’s space retrofitted. The duration of the project is 24 months and the normal operation of xPORT will not be disrupted during implementation. The project does not threaten increased or uncontrolled risks.
