The project will set up strategic management of the Institute in accordance with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and the fulfilment of the conditions leading to the HR Award. A unified TT system will also be set up and the competence of the Institute in the field of international cooperation, intersectoral cooperation, popularisation of R & D and the use of intellectual property will be improved. The project will also support the Institute’s staff in the form of foreign internships and education.
