Based on an Analysis of Needs, a new grant scheme for PhD students will be prepared to respond to the weaknesses of the current competition. Emphasis will be placed on the international dimension of projects and closer cooperation between PhD students and trainers. The new scheme will be complemented by courses for doctoral students focused on project preparation and implementation, as well as on non-specific academic skills. The grant support staff of the faculties and the Rectorate will complete a project management course.
