The project focuses on the application of highly innovative nanostructures to the brewing area. The main focus is the application of nanomaterials for efficient use of technological and waste water in order to achieve the target parameters and to strengthen the maintenance of sensory and qualitative properties of the beer itself. The output of the project will be 5 functional samples, 2 proven technologies and 1 utility model.
