The project will increase the employment of people who find themselves in Šumperk and Jesenick for a long time without work and will therefore take advantage of the current general growth in the number of vacancies and good relations and relations with local companies. It will be a “bardle” between the socially risky situation of the long-term unemployed and an accessible job offer — it will provide an adapted local employment programme (motivation, counselling, retraining, work training, etc.) based on an individual approach and on the principle of permeability.
