The development of the research institution through strengthening human resources, especially in the field of studying the impacts of climate change on the water regime and the risks of drought on a planetary and local scale, as well as the improvement of methods of measured climate data. There will be a total of five mobilities, three of which are the arrival of foreign scientists — seniors and the other two are trips of researchers — juniors abroad. During the implementation of the project, a total of 6 expert seminars will be held for the target group.
