The project is aimed at strengthening international cooperation and development mainly of junior scientists of the Institute of Physics of Materials of the CAS, v. v. i. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening cooperation with major research organisations and their scientific and management staff. The realisation of individual mobility will contribute to the development not only of the participants themselves, but of the entire workplace of the Institute. At the same time, a higher publication activity and involvement of the Institute in the preparation and resolution of international projects can be expected.
