The aim of the project is to establish and implement international cooperation through the creation of attractive jobs for prospective candidates from abroad and to support the participation of the Institute’s staff at renowned foreign institutions. The exchange of experience and good practice, the expansion and maintenance of the range of knowledge, skills and skills of employees and networking with professional organisations on an international scale will ensure good conditions for further development of excellent research at the IOCB.
