Construction of a new exit base in Otrokovice, which will serve to improve the coverage of the territory of the Zlín Region with exit bases and reduce the availability time of the PNP and provide it within 20 minutes even in case of an epidemic/pandemic risk (COVID-19). Otrokovice, like the Zlín Region, is threatened by pandemics (including COVID-19) and it is necessary to ensure both preparedness for the further development of an existing or new pandemic and the recovery of the region from the pandemic.
