The object of the project in the area of Prison Island is to insulate selected buildings and modernise the energy economy consisting of the modernisation of the heat production and distribution system and the implementation of other saving measures in the production and consumption of energy. At the same time, an increase in own resources from the New Green Savings Programme under Article 5 of the EED is requested. The project will be implemented using the EPC method.
