The general objective of the project is to internationalise and strengthen MFA research. In the case of exit mobility, the project is aimed at supporting the professional development of early young MFA researchers through the acquisition of new experience and experience abroad and the support of quality senior MFA researchers in their continuing professional growth. In the case of incoming mobility, the project is aimed at using the potential of post-docs from abroad within the MFA and transfer of foreign experience of high-quality senior researchers to the MFA.
