The overall objective of the project is to support the special state educational establishments in managing the health crisis, by reducing the risk of spreading the infection with SARS — VOC-2 and for the safe conduct of the school year. Ensure the necessary investments to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 by equipping special state schools with protective equipment to prevent the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Essential measures to achieve the objective of prevention/limitation for pupils, teachers, auxiliary teachers and non-teaching staff involved in the educational process in the special educational establishment regarding the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus prior to LIOP intervention: — rigorous hand hygiene; — firm cleaning and disinfection measures in the educational establishment; wearing the protective mask both by students and by all staff during the entire period when they are inside and outside the school; limit the contact between students from different classes/avoid the change of the classroom by students during a day: the principle to follow is "1 class of students = 1 classroom; ensuring a distance of at least 1 metre or mounting of separators where it is not possible to provide a distance of 1 meter; — in order to keep the physical distance, each child will keep the same place in the bank throughout their attendance in the classroom; permanently informing staff, pupils and parents/legal representatives about the protection measures against SARS-CoV-2 infection; the need for home isolation of pupils in case of fever or other symptoms specific to COVID-19 (coughing, difficulty breathing, loss of taste and smell) in the pupil or other family member; schools will implement the general rules of this guide, which can be supplemented by other measures.
