Improvement of skills or certification of skills acquired on other horses for 371 unemployed NEETs young persons aged 16-29, registered and profiled by SPO, who benefit from support and employment of at least 160 of them. The overall objective of the project contributes to the sustainable integration into the labour market of young people not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and of young people from marginalised communities, including by improving skills or certification of skills acquired in other ways for unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered and profiled by SPO. Within the project are developed skills through qualification programs of interest in the project region, including professional training courses recognised at enterprise level, as well as in entrepreneurial skills, are also validated competences acquired on other paths for participants in the project GT, with the ultimate purpose of improving their insertion into the labour market and increasing employment through information, counselling and mediation activities, organising job scholarships, etc., as well as by supporting the establishment of innovative enterprises, self-employment and the creation of sustainable jobs. PR participates in promoting sustainable and quality employment and supports labour mobility by increasing the level of knowledge/competence, and ensuring a growth in transnational labour mobility, in line with OPCU Thematic Ob 8. Also, the international character and recognition of courses participate in supporting labour mobility. The aim of the project is to be achieved by providing training and evaluation of the competition to ensure the increase of skills and/or caliph and inclusion by participating in the sustainable integration into the labour market of young NEETs unemployed, reducing the number of young people at risk of social exclusion and young people in vulnerable situations, reducing the number of unemployed, including rural and Roma, in accordance with the provisions of Str Nat for employment 2014-2020, Pl de implem of the Youth Guarantee 2017-2020, Str Guv Ro for inclusion of Romanian citizens belonging to Roma minorities 2015-2020, Strnat to learn throughout the park of life 2015-2020. An added value will be achieved by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination and strengthening the capacity of enterprises to operate in a self-sustainable manner through the establishment of 16 people, creating a minimum of 16 jobs within them, vocational training courses for at least 371 people and engaging at least 160 people out of the 371 people involved in the project, certification of professional skills obtained in ways other than formal and non-formal ones.
